Responsibilities

Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client has the right coverage for their specific life situation.

Nurture existing client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive policy reviews.

Identify potential gaps in coverage and explain solutions in a way that is easy to understand.

Network within the Hollidaysburg area to represent our agency at local events and community gatherings.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure seamless service.

Collaborate with our internal support staff to resolve complex claims or billing inquiries efficiently.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Strong track record in relationship building and consultative sales.

Clear, articulate communication skills for both phone and in-person interactions.

Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems to manage client pipelines.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Familiarity with local Pennsylvania insurance regulations.

A genuine desire to help community members protect what matters most.
