A Day in The Life As a Dishwasher, you keep the heartbeat of our scratch kitchen strong by making sure our team always has clean, ready-to-go tools to crush service. Fast-paced, team-driven, and essential - this is a role where your work truly matters. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a dishwasher or by hand. Keep the dishwasher clean and stocked. Immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager. Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition Clean and remove trash from designated kitchen areas Organize clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen Maintain proper levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies Who we are: The Sicilian Butcher is a modern-casual dining concept built on the rich culinary traditions of Sicily, reimagined for today’s guest. WORKING CONDITIONS:

Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
