Overview Staff Accountant Pay: 95k - 100k (Annual) Are you looking to join an exciting organization with a great culture and excellent growth opportunities? Do you have at least five years of accounting experience as a staff accountant and desire an opportunity to work from home? We are looking for a staff accountant for a wonderful new job opportunity based out of Burlingame, CA. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, good GL accounting experience, and a strong attention to detail. If you are looking for more information please apply now! Responsibilities Prepare and post accurate journal entries in accordance with GAAP. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations. Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on GL and journal entries. Proficiency in accounting software Strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
