Overview Join AZAD Technology Partners as an Administrative Services Assistant and provide a wide variety of high-level professional and confidential support to managers and staff within the assigned organization. The assignment will support managers, department staff, and others in the day-to-day operations of programs and related services, providing a variety of program coordination, meeting planning and execution, contract and documentation coordination, planning, reporting, and administrative support services, along with other duties that contribute to meeting organizational goals and objectives. Position Details This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is full time on site based in Portland, OR with onsite 5 days per week. The hourly pay rate for this position is between $34.55 and $36.09 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package (includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $5.09). Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration/Management, Business Administration/Management, Secretarial Science or a related field is preferred. 6 years of demonstrated administrative/clerical experience is required. 4 or more years of relevant work experience in administrative support functions with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (Microsoft Office 2010 proficiency required). Intermediate to advanced skills/experience with SharePoint or a similar system sufficient to: Support, manage, edit and maintain a SharePoint site. Valid U.S. Driver's License or Real ID is required. Preferred Skills Working knowledge of SharePoint or similar system. Experience with remote meeting software such as WebEx, Teams, etc. Previous experience working in the utility industry. Previous experience working with contracts.
