Job Description The schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:30 am–3:30 pm, Friday 6:30 am–11:30 am. That’s a 4.5-day work week at base. Overtime is available daily before or after your shift and some Saturdays — it’s there if you want to build your paycheck, not mandatory if you don’t. Experience No sewing experience? That’s fine — we’ll teach you everything. What matters more is that you show up, pay attention, and work well with a team. Our customers are major names in the automotive, heavy truck, and power sports industries. The products you’ll make — protective covers, reusable dunnage bags, and in-production racks — end up on assembly lines across the country. Your pay grows with your ability We start between $13–$16.50/hr depending on what you bring to the table. We don’t have a fixed review calendar — raises are based on performance, not time served. Our fastest-developing operators have received multiple raises in their first year. The first review can come as soon as 30–90 days in, depending on how quickly you develop. Job Description You’ll operate industrial sewing machines to assemble fabric components into finished protective products. The work is hands‑on and detail-oriented, and you’ll typically move between operations rather than doing one thing all day. Some operators also assist with quality control — checking and finishing parts during production. If that appeals to you more than sewing, it’s worth mentioning when you apply.
