Now Hiring: Back of House Team Member – Pizza Cook

At Pizza Ranch, pizza is more than what's on the buffet—it's one of the biggest parts of creating a Legendary Experience for our guests!

We're looking for a dependable, energetic Back of House Team Member – Pizza Cook who takes pride in making great food, working hard, and being part of an awesome team.

As a Pizza Cook, you'll be responsible for making sure our guests receive fresh, hot, delicious pizza whether they're enjoying our buffet, placing a carryout order, or requesting their favorite pizza.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook Pizza Ranch pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Make pizzas from start to finish, including saucing, cheesing, topping, baking, cutting, and serving.
• Keep the buffet stocked with a great variety of fresh, hot pizzas.
• Prepare Guest Request Pizzas and make sure they're delivered to the guest fresh from the oven.
• Monitor the buffet and anticipate what pizzas will be needed before we run out.
• Prepare carryout, delivery, and special orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe pizza station.
• Complete prep, dishes, cleaning, equipment care, and closing responsibilities.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature requirements.
• Communicate with Front of House and Back of House team members to keep everything running smoothly.
• Jump in and help teammates wherever needed.
