Diseña, desarrolla e implementa iniciativas dirigidas a codificadores, médicos y personal clínico-administrativo, alineadas con los estándares regulatorios, guías de CMS y necesidades operacionales de la organización. Crea materiales educativos actualizados y planes de estudio estructurados sobre codificación médica, documentación clínica, cumplimiento normativo, facturación y modelos de ajuste de riesgo, asegurando relevancia y actualización continua. Educa a proveedores sobre los modelos de HCC, CDPS-Rx, Medicare Advantage, Risk Adjustment (RAU), incluyendo su impacto en los modelos de pago, apoyando la precisión en la codificación y la calidad documental. Coordina y ejecuta capacitaciones grupales a proveedores, así como intervenciones educativas personalizadas para atender brechas de desempeño, mejorar métricas de calidad y fortalecer el cumplimiento regulatorio. Brinda apoyo educativo a proveedores en procesos de auditoría, revisión de hallazgos y retroalimentación a proveedores y codificadores, promoviendo la mejora continua en la documentación clínica y la excelencia operacional. Evalúa la efectividad de las iniciativas educativas mediante métricas de desempeño y retroalimentación; diseña herramientas de visibilidad para el monitoreo de intervenciones y apoyo a la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Lo que buscamos en ti: Formación académica: Grado de Bachillerato y/o Grado Asociado en Administración de Empresa o un campo relacionado a la Salud emitido por una institución acreditada. Certificación de Codificación Profesional (CPC) por la AAPC y/o AHIMA o Certificación de Codificación en Riesgo (CRC) completada o en proceso emitido por la AAPC o AHIMA.
