How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead the design and development of scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
• Build secure, high-performing RESTful APIs and web services that support enterprise applications.
• Develop and optimize data-processing solutions using Azure Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Delta tables.
• Integrate Azure cloud services to support application deployment, data processing, monitoring, and management.
• Design and maintain ETL pipelines that collect, transform, validate, and store large volumes of data.
• Improve SQL and NoSQL database performance, data quality, and storage efficiency.
• Participate in architecture discussions and make technical decisions that support performance, security, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and promote development standards, reusable patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Partner with front-end engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver complete technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and help strengthen the team’s backend and cloud-development capabilities.
• Demonstrate accountability for project commitments, technical quality, and successful delivery outcomes.

Do You Have the Expertise to Lead in Django Backend and Azure Data Engineering?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of backend software-development experience.
• At least 10 years of hands-on experience developing applications with Django.
• Advanced Python development experience in enterprise application or data-processing environments.
• Proven experience designing secure and scalable RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Delta tables.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience developing ETL pipelines and processing high-volume datasets.
• Experience with Git-based source control, code reviews, and Agile delivery practices.
• Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects and mentoring less-experienced developers.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
