Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12

Experience: Minimum of 3 years required in acute, trauma, emergency department, and critical care experience.

License: Must have current RRT license.

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS

Must-Have: Epic experience is required. Must be able to work alone in a critical access hospital. Must be available to work evenings and weekends, at a minimum every other weekend, based on operational needs.

Description: Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist with a background in acute, trauma, emergency department, and critical care. Candidates should possess strong skills in adult critical care and pediatrics, with a preference for NICU and pediatrics critical care experience. The position involves working independently in a critical access hospital environment. Travelers will be scheduled as needed and should be prepared for a flexible work schedule. On-call is voluntary, and clinicians may float to meet facility needs across various locations. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in necessary clinical skills and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Submissions must include all required certifications and references from positions held within the past year. Candidates should ensure comprehensive work history documentation for the past seven years is available for review. Local candidates are not accepted, as there is a 75-mile radius restriction in place. A successful candidate will have no employment gaps greater than 30 days in their work history. This position requires individuals to adhere to all mandatory compliance and credentialing criteria.
