For California based roles the expected annual salary is $108,240 – $148,830.About the RoleFinding better ways to provide the materials the world needs.We are looking for a Production Coordinator to rotate days and night shifts while providing support to the Production Superintendent to ensure all safety, environmental and sustainability goals are maintained by the production department. Reporting to the Production Superintendent and working in a diverse team you will be:Lead in creating and sustaining a safety culture site wide.Monitoring the production process to maximize safe practices, work efficiency, and product quality.Implement and sustain performance standards for production teams.Lead environmental changes necessary for continued business operations.Prioritize the work of the process plant operators as well as conducting crew safety, environmental, and quality meetings.Initiate best practices to optimize recovery, water use, reagent use and energy consumption.Minimize the use of consumable resources while maximizing the output of finished product.Implement and keep up to date the operations departmental records, personnel records, and schedules.What You'll BringA commitment to the safety of yourself and your teamHigh school diploma or equivalent along with 5 + years of supervisor experience in a mining/mineral processing operationGood written and verbal communication skills.Ability to troubleshoot process equipment and process controls.Strong computer skills, knowledge of MS Office, Excel, MS Project.Knowledge of environmental laws, MSHA and OSHA regulations.Ability of working at heights, confined spaces, and incident command procedures.General understanding of ISO registration, leadership, teamwork, and process control fundamentalsWhat We OfferWe are committed to providing our employees with a generous benefits package.
