Summary We are searching for all levels of Roadway Engineers and Designers to join our growing team throughout the southern US. Selected candidates can expect to work on alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects. Key Roles Junior level, mid-level and senior level Roadway Engineers Roadway CAD Designers Roadway Modelers Desired Skillsets Design/Build or Alternative Delivery project experience Experience or interest in complex interstate highway design Experience with Bentley Microstation and Open Roads Experience in Roadway Design calculations including Superelevation, Stopping Sight Distance (SSD), Decision Sight Distance (DSD), Acceleration and Deceleration lanes Experience using the 2018 AASHTO Green Book Qualifications BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience Junior Level Engineers BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or equivalency Mid‑Level Engineers BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or equivalency Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or equivalency Preferred Qualifications EIT Certification or PE License State DOT experience Additional Information Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position Relocation assistance may be available for this role Positions are expected to be hybrid (remote/in-office) and based out of a local AECOM office At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
