Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices REST APIs and Web Services Angular or React AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS) SQL/NoSQL Databases Docker, Kubernetes CI/CD, Jenkins, Git Agile/Scrum Methodology Preferred skills AWS Solution Architect or Developer Certification Terraform or CloudFormation Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka, SNS/SQS) API Gateway and Service Mesh Technologies DevSecOps Practices Observability Tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK) Test Automation Frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Cypress) Financial Services or Banking Domain Experience AI/GenAI integration experience Exposure to AEM or CMS platforms
Detailed Job Description
Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and AWS services. Define technical solutions, coding standards, and best practices across development teams. Design and implement scalable microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven solutions. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives leveraging AWS services. Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, technical design discussions, and issue resolution. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for automated deployments. Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis activities. Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical estimations. Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and automated testing coverage. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve delivery efficiency.
