Superintendent II – Commercial Construction

Location: Reno, NV | On-Site
Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: Competitive + Bonus

We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent II to lead daily field operations for commercial and/or multifamily construction projects in Reno, Nevada.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily jobsite operations and subcontractors.
• Manage schedules, sequencing, manpower, materials, and site logistics.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards .
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and coordination meetings.
• Resolve field issues affecting cost, schedule, or quality.
• Manage punch lists, inspections, and project closeout.
• Maintain daily reports, safety records, and project documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years of construction field experience.
• 3+ years supervising field operations.
• Commercial or multifamily construction experience required .
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 preferred or ability to obtain.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, scheduling, and QA/QC is a plus.
• Construction Management/Engineering degree preferred, or equivalent field experience.
