Phlebotomist (Full Time) - Woonsocket

Job Overview Provide exceptional patient care and customer-focused service. Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, collect and prepare non-blood specimens, ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering, and champion safety, compliance, and quality control. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages. Collect and prepare non-blood specimens. Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering. Champion safety, compliance, and quality control. Handle routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and maintain strict confidentiality. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous phlebotomy training or experience. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and data entry skills. 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing (bonus). Schedule: Mon‑Fri 8‑5 with alternating weeks Mon‑Fri 11:30‑8; 3rd week rotation of either Saturday or Sunday (TBD) according to business needs. Full‑time or part‑time benefit eligible.
