Netsuite Administrator

Job Description The ERP Administrator serves as the IT system owner for enterprise workforce and financial platforms. This role ensures: Job Summary System reliability and uptime Audit readiness and compliance Integration integrity across systems Additionally, this role enforces governance, release discipline, and operational control across UKG Pro, UKG WFM, and NetSuite. Responsibilities Platform Ownership & Administration Own platform administration, configuration standards, access models, and documentation Establish and maintain governance and best practices UKG Pro (HRIS) Manage security, workflows, and system releases Handle vendor escalations UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Configure and manage: Timekeeping rules Accruals Scheduling Approvals Maintain integrations NetSuite Administer: Roles and permissions Workflows Reporting Manage release cycles and updates Integrations & Data Integrity Own integrations across all platforms Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability Change Management & Releases Lead testing, change management, and controlled deployments Enforce release discipline Compliance & Support Support audits, access reviews, and IT security initiatives Act as Tier 3 escalation and primary technical owner for ERP-related issues Skills Preferred Qualifications NetSuite SuiteFlow and multi-subsidiary experience UKG Pro security and workflow configuration expertise Experience stabilizing post-implementation ERP environments Relevant certifications: UKG certifications NetSuite SuiteFoundation Benefits Performance Indicators (Success Metrics) Reduction in payroll, timekeeping, and GL exceptions Stable, predictable release cycles with minimal production issues Strong audit readiness and access compliance Decrease in manual workarounds and shadow processes Qualifications Required Qualifications 3+ years administering ERP, HRIS, WFM, or financial systems in an IT-owned environment Hands-on experience with: UKG Pro UKG WFM NetSuite (at least one strongly preferred) Strong understanding of: System integrations Access controls and security models Release management Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
