Trauma-Informed Case Manager & Care Coordinator

CTSCD, Inc. seeks a dedicated Case Manager to lead and coordinate its service program. The CM will liaise between Operations and Case workers, supervise caseloads, and ensure confidentiality while delivering trauma-informed, person-centered care. You will collaborate with clinicians and supervisors, document progress, participate in outreach, intakes, and referrals, and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ctscd
