We are seeking a W-2, part-time Licensed Counselor based in Florida to provide in-person counseling and staff clinical supervision. The counselor will serve mixed populations, including adults, couples, and families, with a gradually increasing caseload and the potential to transition into a full-time counseling and supervision position.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to adults, couples, and families.
• Manage a gradually increasing client caseload.
• Provide staff clinical supervision.
• Develop and update treatment plans.
• Document client progress in an electronic health record.
• Conduct crisis assessments and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain ethical and HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Provide services in person.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in professional counseling.
• Experience with individual counseling, clinical supervision, treatment planning, and case management.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and clinical documentation.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance.
• Strong active listening and communication skills.
