Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

Kforce has a client in Fitchburg, WI that is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect. Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned to client goals and business objectives
- Lead technical solution design for multi-channel engagement including: Email, SMS, Push Notifications and Mobile Messaging, CloudPages, Journey Builder, and Advertising Audiences
- Create architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and technical documentation digestible by both internal and external stakeholders
- Recommend solution approaches based on business value, scalability, maintainability, timeline, and budget
- Partner with project managers, consultants, and developers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery
- Design patient engagement journeys supporting: Patient acquisition and service line marketing; Appointment reminders; Preventive care campaigns and wellness programs; Care gap outreach; Post-discharge communications
- Ensure communications support HIPAA and healthcare privacy requirements
- Design and build multi-channel customer journeys using Journey Builder and related Marketing Cloud capabilities
- Develop engagement programs that identify highly engaged contacts, re-engage inactive audiences, and support lifecycle marketing strategies
- Build complex Automation Studio automations using SQL queries, scripting, file transfers, and scheduled processes
- Develop CloudPages, forms, landing pages, preference centers, and supporting customer experiences
- Design and implement subscriber management, consent management, subscription management, and opt-out processes
- Configure Business Units, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, Attribute Groups, and other core Marketing Cloud components
- Design scalable data models that support segmentation, personalization, reporting, and future growth
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience
- At least one year of experience working in a consulting agency, systems integrator, or managed services environment
- Strong experience designing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions in client-facing environments
- Strong AMPscript development experience
- Experience building customer journeys, Automation Studio workflows, CloudPages, and subscriber management solutions
- Experience designing Marketing Cloud data models, Contact Builder architecture, and Business Unit configurations
- Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with external systems using APIs, SFTP, or other integration methods
- Experience working directly with clients and presenting technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting healthcare organizations or a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient engagement, or healthcare marketing
- Strong SQL skills with experience building complex queries for segmentation, automation, and data management
- Strong Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) skills for Custom Marketing Cloud development
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and challenge assumptions when appropriate

- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Specialist
