Responsibilities Support patients through complex physical and emotional transitions. Provide clear, compassionate education and reassurance to families. Coordinate a seamless end‑of‑life care experience from admission forward. Manage pain, symptoms, and comfort-focused care plans. Collaborate with social workers, aides, chaplains, and medical directors. Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support high-quality care. Qualifications Hold an active Minnesota Registered Nurse license. Have experience in hospice, oncology, or palliative care. Balance clinical skill with heart-centered care. Communicate with empathy, clarity, and confidence. Understand the sacred nature of end-of-life care and approach it with grace.
