Base Pay Range $125,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Executive Recruiter - Accounting & Finance Specialization Key Responsibilities End-to-end ownership of Accounts Payable operations within a high-volume, multi-currency environment. Oversee ERP system integrity (SAP), vendor master data accuracy, tax compliance, and reporting (Power BI). Lead continuous process improvements, KPI development, and workflow optimization across 40+ business units. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Operations on payables policies, internal controls, and efficiency initiatives. Manage AP integrations related to mergers, acquisitions, and system enhancements. Provide strategic leadership, training, and performance management for the AP team; set clear departmental goals and drive execution through others. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Minimum of 5 years of progressive Accounts Payable experience with direct leadership responsibility. Must have experience managing a team of at least five direct reports in a complex, multi-entity environment. Proven background working within large-scale organizations (multi‑billion‑dollar revenue) with established ERP systems. Strong understanding of SAP and other ERP platforms, reporting tools, and multi‑currency payables. Demonstrated ability to lead through others, influence cross‑functional teams, and achieve measurable results. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills; formal project management experience is a plus. Strong leadership profile with the ability to balance strategic oversight and hands‑on execution.
