Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time
Compensation
- Earn 50% commission on all services preformed with tips
- Retail commission opportunities available
We are a busy, friendly salon dedicated to providing exceptional hair services and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. We are looking for a talented, reliable, and motivated hairstylist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair services including haircuts, coloring, highlighting, styling, blowouts, and treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate services and products
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
- Assist with salon cleanliness and daily operations as needed
- Promote and retail salon products when appropriate
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License
- Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
