Key Responsibilities of the RN - CVOR

• Scrub and circulate in complex cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases
• Adhere to department protocols, including participation in ongoing research
• Coordinate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide critical thinking in dynamic surgical environments
• Fulfill on-call duties as required

Requirements of the RN - CVOR

• RN license and BLS (AHA required)
• 3 to 5 years of recent experience in complex cases including CABG, aortic aneurysms, AVR/MVR, TAVR, ECMO, and VADs
• CNOR certification preferred
• Exceptional multitasking and critical thinking skills
• Availability for on-call shifts and potential overtime
