Our organization, a prominent Level II nonprofit hospital located in a metropolitan area of Montana, is on the lookout for a board-eligible or board-certified Rheumatologist to become part of our well-established and supportive rheumatology team. The selected physician will collaborate with two physician assistants and a nurse practitioner in a busy practice, all while enjoying easy access to Montana's stunning outdoor activities.
The Role:- Work Schedule: 4-day work week, from Monday to Thursday
- Team Support: Includes 2 Physician Assistants, 1 Nurse Practitioner, a dedicated Medical Assistant, and a Scheduler to enhance practice efficiency
- Compensation: Base salary of $339,000, with additional earnings potential through RVU incentives
- Loan Forgiveness: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit employer
- Student Loan Assistance: $100,000 available for student loan repayment
- Facilities: 14-chair infusion center
- Technology: Utilizes EPIC EMR system
