Industrial Painter

Overview Position: Industrial Painter Location: Houston, TX Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Qualifications Previous experience operating an Airless Graco paint machine Ability to perform sandblasting operations Oil and gas industry painting experience preferred Experience applying industrial coatings, including 3M Green and Regular Black paint Ability to clean and maintain paint equipment and paint booth daily Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to manage paint and supply inventory and notify management when materials are running low Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness Job Duties Operate an Airless Graco paint machine to apply industrial coatings Perform sandblasting to prepare surfaces for painting Apply paint according to quality and production specifications Clean and maintain paint equipment and spray booth daily Monitor paint supplies and notify management when inventory needs replenishing Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Perform additional duties as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future Opportunities for Growth through a variety of assignments with leading employers Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
