Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Business Litigation Practice in Los Angeles . This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior Associate litigator to work on complex, high-exposure business litigation matters with a collaborative and dynamic team. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record and demonstrated writing skills Active Bar Admission in California , in good standing, required. 5+ years of substantive litigation experience, required ( personal injury, medical malpractice and/or catastrophic injury matters highly preferred ) Demonstrated stand up experience (including depositions and courtroom oral advocacy) and trial experience are strongly preferred. Proven legal research , writing , and analytical capabilities Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills , with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently, on high-exposure trial matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued. Highly motivated and driven, with a strong commitment to exceptional client service and effective teamwork. Key Responsibilities Manage and assist with high-stakes business litigation matters across industries Conduct discovery , including taking and defending depositions Draft and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courts Participate in trial preparation , hearings , and courtroom proceedings Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams to develop case strategies Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams Why Join Us?
