Job Description & Skill Requirements:

Key responsibilities:

• Design complete 3D fixture layouts and assemblies, including detailed fabrication drawings with GD&T.
• Develop and analyze Value Stream Maps (VSM) to identify bottlenecks, waste, process inefficiencies, and capacity constraints.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues, defects, equipment downtime, and process failures, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on Shop-Floor Experience in manufacturing environments
• Fixture Design & Manufacturing, SolidWorks proficiency
• Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), Lean Manufacturing principles and practices
• Time Study & Line Balancing, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Continuous Improvement / Kaizen and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
