Craft Recruiting Manager

Job Description Our client is seeking a seasoned Craft Recruiting Manager to lead skilled trades recruiting efforts across industrial, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, and mission critical construction projects. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill craft positions while helping enhance recruiting processes within a growing organization. The ideal candidate has extensive experience recruiting skilled trades professionals, partnering with field leadership, and supporting high-volume hiring needs in complex construction environments.
