Physical Therapist

Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Virginia, Minnesota, United States Contract Details: Full-time Client: SNF facility Salary: Up to $50 per hour Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join a team at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Virginia, Minnesota. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain caused by injuries, illnesses, or surgeries. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of up to $50 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patients' physical needs and develop individualized treatment plans Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' strength, mobility, and range of motion Utilize modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy to relieve pain and promote healing Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home for ongoing improvement Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Minnesota Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a SNF setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Why Work With Us: Competitive salary and benefits package Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional development and growth State-of-the-art facilities and equipment Dedicated and experienced team to work with #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services
