- Shift: Night shift, 5x8 hours (23:00 07:30)
- Hours/week: Guaranteed 40 hours (includes some 12-hour shifts options)
- Employment Type: W-2, Contract
- Required Licensure/Certifications: ASCP MT, MLS, or MLT preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in laboratory setting
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $44.53/hr

What You'll Do
- Perform routine and specialty laboratory tests in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Ensure accurate specimen processing, data entry, and result reporting
- Follow established procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain quality assurance standards and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet lab throughput and quality goals
- Adhere to holiday and weekend scheduling commitments, including rotating weekends and major holidays
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in laboratory operations
What You Need
Required:- Valid ASCP MT, MLS, or MLT certification
- Minimum 1 year laboratory experience
- Ability to work night shifts, including rotating weekends and major holidays
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Experience with hospital or large clinical laboratory environments
