Licensed Practical Nurse - Sinai Hospital - Emergency Room

Job Summary Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Emergency Department. Under the supervision of the unit leadership, the LPN uses a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills in developing and implementing individualized nursing interdisciplinary plans to ensure patient needs are met; establishes collaborative relationships with the RN and PCA/CCT to ensure all daily operations of the unit are met each shift. Requirements Associate’s degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program (minimum 2 years of college). Less than 1 year of nursing experience. Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Benefits Competitive salary.
