Deli/Bakery Team Associate

Role Summary The main priority of Deli / Bakery associates is to prepare quality products for customers, engage with customers at the service counter, and move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor. Cleaning and maintaining proper food‑safety standards are critical to the team’s success. What You’ll Do Work in the deli and provide front‑line customer service. Assist customers with cake and deli orders and help them celebrate special moments. Help customers find items in the dry grocery department. Perform detailed cleaning of shelves and the department, check and maintain temperature control, verify dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food products. What You’ll Bring Ability to help customers locate products. Ensure high‑quality products in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments. Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays. Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food. Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce. Keep the area clean, sanitized, and customer‑ready. Compensation Hourly rate: $20.00–$33.00 per hour (actual rate equals or exceeds applicable minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
