About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Integration. The successful candidate will be a key partner in advancing the organization's mission, providing essential administrative support, and ensuring the VP's office operates with the highest level of excellence. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to, managing the VP's calendar, scheduling, and inboxes, providing primary phone support, coordinating travel and meeting arrangements, and drafting various documents and presentations. The Executive Administrative Assistant will also be involved in budget management, and expense reporting, and must be prepared to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Applicants for this position should have a deep understanding of and commitment to the organization's mission. The role requires a candidate with a college degree (preferred), at least 5-7 years' of administrative experience, and a proven track record of working for senior executives. Essential qualifications include excellent professional communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple complex projects. A strong relational capacity, a high level of responsiveness, and a willingness to travel are also key requirements. The role demands a proactive, self-motivated individual who is open to feedback, and coaching, and is willing to participate in the frontline work of the organization.
