Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within banking or financial services

Strong background in system modernization, legacy system upgrades, or similar projects

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus

Availability to start immediately

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a 4-6 month system modernization project for core mortgage and banking platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

Communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders

Ensure successful migration from legacy systems to new platforms
