MedSurg RN - Night Shift (4x12-Hour)This is a 13-week contract position.4x12-hour shifts, Nights from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Weekend coverage required every other weekend.We are seeking a dedicated MedSurg RN to provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a dynamic medical-surgical environment. The MedSurg RN will be responsible for patient assessments, care planning, implementation of care, and evaluation of outcomes.Manage and provide care for patients with various medical-surgical diagnoses.Maintain accurate patient records and charting in Epic.Monitor patient's conditions and administer medications, including insulin and heparin.Provide telemetry monitoring and assess vital signs regularly.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Participate in rapid response and code team activities as necessary.Minimum of 2 years of MedSurg nursing experience preferred.SC RN License or Compact License required prior to start.BLS certification required; ACLS and NIHSS preferred.Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
