This role requires hands-on experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment and a demonstrated ability to provide leadership, coordinate workflow, and drive operational efficiency.The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience serving as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Lead, Lead Associate, or in a similar position with responsibility for directing work, training team members, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring productivity.
