Financial Operations Consultant

To support a large-scale enterprise effort, the remote Financial Operations Consultant will drive financial operations, manage revenue recognition, oversee account reconciliation, and facilitate vendor management and payment processes in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities Process vendor invoices by matching them with purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance Execute payment programs to manage automated transfers and track payment receipts Manage exceptions in SAP invoicing and perform account audits and reconciliation activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial operations or management, particularly in payment processing and invoicing Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud for payments and invoicing systems Experience with Procure to Pay (P2P) implementation processes Preferred experience utilizing Coupa for invoicing and expense management
