Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified School District's nondiscrimination policy can be located at: Job Summary Serve as Instructional Coach to build the capacity of teachers to deliver high-quality, effective instruction; supports a team of teachers (aligned by grade level, content area, or other relevant grouping based on school need) in developing their ability to effectively deliver instruction and increase student outcome; focus on each teacher's professional goals by providing 1-on-1 support through regular cycles of observations and coaching, as well as facilitating collaborative time for the team of teachers; provides high-quality instruction in their own classroom for a percentage of the instructional day as determined by site need and serves as a grade level lead (up to 50%).
