Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily life activities
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work seamlessly with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Inform patients and their caregivers about therapy techniques to facilitate ongoing progress outside of sessions
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure patients are advancing on their journeys

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or post-graduate certifications encouraged and fully supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification required for practice
