• Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• Adaptability, patience, and a proactive approach to supporting student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small-group behavioral interventions to students, as outlined by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect detailed data on student progress and behavior, and report findings to supervisors
• Assist in the development of individualized strategies and behavior plans
• Support classroom teachers and school staff with behavioral techniques and program implementation
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
• Maintain professional and ethical standards as an RBT in all settings
