Construction Safety Coordinator Details:

• Temporary position
• $21.00 to $23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and document findings.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements.
• Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and new hire orientations.
• Assist with incident investigations and prepare reports as needed.
• Track and maintain safety documentation, certifications, and training records.
• Observe work activities and identify potential hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work closely with project management, subcontractors, and field personnel to promote a positive safety culture.
• Assist with emergency response planning and site preparedness.
• Support safety audits and customer safety initiatives.

Construction Safety Coordinator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous construction, industrial, manufacturing, or safety experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices preferred.
• OSHA 30 required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to walk active construction sites for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and construction environments.
