This full-time position (35–37.5 hours per week) extends from August through June and offers the chance to support student success in both a special education preschool and an elementary school setting near Ashland, Missouri.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Missouri state SLP licensure (or eligibility upon hire)
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices for preschool and elementary ages
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in both preschool special education and elementary settings
• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations, write and implement IEP goals specific to student needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and families to ensure well-rounded student support
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Adapt to the dynamic needs of each educational environment
