Role / Position Overview The Specialized Technician Maintenance/Installer – Hardware and Software Access Control Devices will be responsible for the entire process of installation, technical support, and maintenance of access control hardware and software systems. Reporting to the Technical Director, the Technician will collaborate with Project Managers and internal Technical Offices and will interact directly with clients during on‑site interventions. 4. Main Responsibilities Perform installation, technical assistance, and repair activities at customer sites according to the assigned schedule. Comply with times, SLAs, and quality standards as required by commercial agreements and internal procedures. In case of malfunctions, work to reduce plant downtime, involving the hotline or other technicians if necessary. Draft and complete the final documentation of the activities performed. Collaborate internally in repair, testing, and material preparation activities. Support technical warehouse activities and component reordering. Participate in internal training sessions and continuous technical education. Maintain a professional and customer‑oriented behavior during all on‑site activities. 5. Required Skills (Hard Skills) Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering; Experience in installation, assistance, and maintenance of systems; Hardware assembly and wiring of control systems and units; Knowledge of TCP/IP LAN networks; Preparation of technical documentation; Category B driving license and availability for business trips. 6. Soft Skills Proactivity, reliability, and sense of responsibility. Technical problem solving and solution orientation. Ability to manage work and priorities independently. Attention to detail and operational accuracy. Good interpersonal and communication skills. O perational flexibility. Attitude toward continuous learning. 7. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Technical certifications in the electrical/electronic or network field. Specific experience in access control systems. Knowledge of management software or ticketing systems. Experience in maintenance in the ICT/security sector. 8.
