Qualifications Experience and knowledge in the relevant field; ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Proficiency in essential computer applications and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Experience supporting departmental duties; may require specific licensure or certification. Strong capacity to work with diverse student populations and contribute to a supportive learning environment. Educational background: an associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience, or relevant vocational/educational experience sufficient to perform typical duties. Some fields require specific certifications or licenses. Position Details This position is located within UAF Community and Technical College in Fairbanks, with flexible on-site or hybrid work arrangements considered in accordance with UA regulations. It is a temporary pooled position; recruitment remains open across the academic year and applicants are reviewed as needed. Compensation Compensation is commensurate with experience and type of work assigned. Temporary Grade 00_72 to 00_84.
