Job Description

• 
  Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and timelines.
  
  



• 
  Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate estimates.
  
  



• 
  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials, pricing trends, and market conditions.
  
  



• 
  Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals for accuracy and competitiveness.
  
  



• 
  Provide ongoing cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle to ensure budgets are met.
  
  



• 
  Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
  
  



• 
  Prepare and present reports and proposals to stakeholders as needed.
