Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support the HOA and Condominium Management team
• Act as a Senior Portfolio Manager and handle daily operations for the communities we manage including maintenance coordination, communication with boards and residents, vendor management, and budgeting
• Serve as the main point of contact for owners, tenants, vendors, and agents
• Conduct property walkthroughs, attend vendor meetings, and provide recommendations to improve property performance
• Help prepare meeting materials and ensure timely communication and follow-up

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree 
• CMCA 
• Valid driver's license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a property manager in association management
• Sound judgment and decision-making abilities
