Rotterdam Coolsingel (8 hours)

Leiden (5 hours)

Utrecht Stationsplein (14 hours, evening shifts)

Utrecht Janskerkhof (10 hours)

It is Monday evening; the club is very busy; there are 5 people at the counter asking about their membership and there are weights scattered all over the gym. At that moment, another member arrives asking if you can help to open their locker. How would you solve this challenge? 

As a host at TrainMore, you are the very first face of the club: Welcoming members, providing excellent service and creating community are in your hands. Providing care to your members, full of energy, with a proactive work attitude are important ingredients to create the ultimate hospitable experience at our clubs.  Are you ready for that task?  

Your future

You welcome and greet members and ensure they feel home. Your enthusiasm and willingness to connect ensure our members keep coming back.

You give tours to potential members and ensure that they see themselves reaching their fitness goals in your gym.

You ensure that new members are correctly registered, and you provide them with the correct information and an access tag.

You inform potential members about our subscription models and answer all their questions to their needs and within best of your ability. 

You have an eye for detail and ensure that the club always looks clean and tidy.

You:

We are looking for hospitable, commercial and social all-rounders, who take ownership in providing excellent service with a smile, an eye for detail and a hands-on mentality. Professionals who, together with the team, truly care about connecting with members, the team and providing them a gym experience beyond their expectations. 

Building a strong and supportive community is at the heart of what we do. That’s why we’re looking for a Host who’s keen to grow with us and build something long-term. You’ll get to know our members, become a familiar face, and help create the positive vibe that keeps people coming back.

At TrainMore, consistency is key for both our members and our team. That’s why we ask you to commit to at least 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to take on more. We also require availability during both weekdays and weekends. This ensures you become a familiar and trusted presence on the floor, helping us deliver an outstanding experience to our members every single day.

Eligible to work in The Netherlands (Work and Residence Permit).

Fixed salary for other ages.
