Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Skilled Nursing Facility

Job Summary:

Allure of Galesburg is seeking compassionate and dedicated RNs and LPNs to join our team. As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Allure of Galesburg, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve in a skilled nursing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Supervise and support CNAs during assigned shifts
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
• Participate in ongoing education and training

Qualifications:

• Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
• Long-term care experience preferred (but not required)

Competitive Pay:

• LPN: $34/hour
• RN: $39/hour
• Additional bonus for no call-ins
• Additional bonuses for picking up extra shifts

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
