What you’ll do Lead and mentor a team of four SLPAs in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting Provide regular mentorship, feedback, and clinical support so every child receives evidence‑based care Guide treatment planning and goal development across the speech caseload Review and co‑sign documentation — ensure clinical notes meet compliance and quality standards Monitor patient progress and adjust approaches alongside your assistant team Join interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate care with OT and PT Foster a team culture of learning, mutual support, and clinical excellence Keep organized systems for scheduling, supervision logs, and documentation review Stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric speech‑language therapy Help shape and refine clinical processes as part of a growing organization Why this role at Oaklin Lane A space built for the work. Who you are Experienced, organized, and mission‑driven Deep across articulation, fluency, language, and pragmatic skills A natural mentor — someone others want to learn from A team player who cares as much about the clinicians on your team as the kids on your schedule You bring Current Texas licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing Minimum of 3 years of pediatric experience (supervisory or mentorship experience strongly preferred) Deep knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, language, and pragmatic skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfort using EMR systems and reviewing documentation for clinical accuracy and compliance A team‑first mindset aligned with Oaklin Lane’s values What to expect Schedule: Full‑time · Monday - Thursday in clinic · 8:00AM to 6:00PM (with a lunch break) · Friday remote Stipend for medical, vision, and dental 401(k) with employer match PTO Paid CEUs, licensure, and certification renewal All therapy materials, supplies, and equipment provided Professional development and a clear pathway for career growth In‑person at an Oaklin Lane clinic in Lake Highlands Come see what we are building The first move is the hardest one — we’ll take you through the rest.
