Nonsense Hub is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Orlando, FL.

This is an on-site, customer-facing position working at retail locations throughout the Orlando area. You’ll represent our clients directly, speak with customers, introduce current products and campaigns, answer questions, and help generate new customer interest.

If you have experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, or another people-facing environment — or you're simply confident speaking with people and ready to learn - we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking with customers face-to-face in retail locations
• Introducing and explaining client products and campaigns
• Answering questions and helping customers understand their options
• Building rapport and creating a positive customer experience
• Supporting customer acquisition and sales goals
• Working alongside the team to meet daily performance targets
• Learning new client campaigns through ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Reliable and able to maintain a consistent full-time schedule
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Retail, sales, hospitality, promotions, or customer service experience is preferred but not required

Schedule & Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Orlando area . Candidates must be able to commute to our retail locations and have availability for a full-time schedule.

This is not a remote position.
