Shift: 12H Night 1-2 weekends a month, with a minimum of every other weekend.

Contract Length: 4 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

• BLS required
• ARRT or ARMRIT license
• MR advance licensure required
• Phillips experience required
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Teaching hospital experience required
• A minimum of 1 year of experience
• Epic experience within the past 2 years is required and non-negotiable

Compliance / Notes:

• This facility requires all work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit.
• Public transportation is NOT accessible in this area; please ensure you have reliable transportation.
• Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during the months of November to April.
